囚徒健身之俯卧撑

在年初练习俯卧撑之前,只能做3到5个标准俯卧撑。于是从上一式膝盖俯卧撑开始练,每天按照教学练习,慢慢加量至2x20个后,上升到标准俯卧撑。标准俯卧撑从1x5到2x20,花费了2个月左右的时间,而到现在窄距俯卧撑的2x20,总时间跨度已经超过5个月。下周就将开始偏重俯卧撑的练习。

从前,做俯卧撑爱追求个数,动作既不标准也达不到锻炼的目的。而真正做一个标准俯卧撑,2秒落下2秒起来,认真去做,并持之以恒,时间给出了满意的结果。
