  • 选择工作时, 公司是一项重要参考, 同时具体的技术组和直接领导也很重要.
  • 在美国不是只有湾区, Amazon, 微软总部都是在西雅图的.
  • 在西雅图工作生活都挺舒适的.
  • 美国大厂多数是现金 + 股票, NETFLIX 则全部是现金.
  • 在美国如果想要更长远的职业发展, 要认真做事, 但同时也要会宣传自己.
  • 作为软件工程师, 30 岁成为美国大厂 Senior 已经是很出色的了.
  • 语言需要多听多讲, 但想要更进一步的沟通, 还需要了解当地的文化.
  • 每一家公司都有自己的特点和生存之道, 无须苛责.
