There's an abandoned PR to implement this #240.

While I'm not personally interested in the feature there seems to be some interest.
So if some one wants to they can pick it up and I'll help if needed.

The mentioned PR is mostly complete. The issue with it is that it assumes foreign packages == AUR packages.
While this is true for most people, paru supports local repos so this may not be the case.

Instead the code should use the already existing functions for getting aur and repo packages repo::repo_aur_dbs and util::split_repo_aur_pkgs.

The code is also pretty old so should be rebased against maser. Though the PR hardly modifies existing code so I don't expect conflicts.
