每日跳繩1000下–第十三日 – 軟人手札

昨天才剛說克服了心理倦怠,今天則是強烈的身體疲倦襲來,可能是昨天綜合起來的運動量,對我長期運動不足的身體來說還是太多了些吧?今天才到300下左右就開始覺得腳掌酸痛,必須改用交互跳來舒緩,最後是牙死咬著才完成。

再撐過明天就是第二次驗收了,這次數字會不會好看些呢?
