韩国民主党立法委员：将于下周初提出加密制度法案临时提案

韩国民主党立法委员Lee Yong-woo在5月2日表示，加密货币制度法案内容将很快启动，他计划在下周初提出临时提案。据悉，Lee Yong-woo是金融和IT领域专家，曾任Kakao银行首席执行官。该临时法案规定，在新加密货币发行时，交易所应发布《白皮书》指明发行规模和风险性。另外，将虚拟资产另存于金融机构，以应对诈骗损失危险，交易所必须验证投资者的实名信息。Lee Yong-woo说：「我们将能够通过制度化和监管来提高市场透明度和安全性。」（韩联社）
