4月25日，TrustBase宣布与HECO达成生态合作，并将于HECO建立Pool，旨在为HECO生态导入优质波卡项目，增加HECO自身流量和资产沉淀，也为波卡项目开拓中国市场建立优质发展入口。
同时，TrustBase宣布由Subscript技术社区发起、HECO生态战略合作支持、TrustBase基金会提供资金支持的TrustBase Grant正式成立。TrustBase Grant首批预计将从国库拨出百万美金，用以奖励申请Grant并且完成整个生态合作的项目。具体发放规则和细节会在 TrustBase Pool上线之后，进行细则公布。
根据官方介绍，TrustBase Pool旨在为通过TrustBase Grant的优质项目提供资产应用场景，质押相应代币可产出HTBE（HTBE是TBE在HECO网络的锚定Token），等到TBE主网上线即可直接映射。
