日前，Gartner公布了2020年全球云计算IaaS市场的调研数据，阿里云市场份额达到9.5%，位列全球第三。
日前，Gartner公布了2020年全球云计算IaaS市场的调研数据，阿里云市场份额达到9.5%，位列全球第三，领先于谷歌的6.1%，亚马逊、微软分别以40.8%、19.7%的份额排在榜首和第二位。值得一提的是，在全球前六名的云计算厂商中，来自中国的企业占据半数。

Gartner指出，2020年全球云计算IaaS市场规模升至642.86亿美元，同比增长40.7%。过去五年中，阿里云份额提升近300%，微软提升近200%，亚马逊的份额则有所下滑，从2016年的53.7%降至2020年的40.8%。相比之下，阿里云的份额从2016年的3.7%升至2020年的9.5%。
行业层面，金融、公共服务、零售、教育等领域成为上云的重点行业，这也是“3A”的优势领域，其中，得益于中国在线教育市场的快速发展，阿里云在教育行业排名全球第一，超过亚马逊和微软，市场份额达24.3%。而在零售行业，阿里云与微软的份额基本持平。
此外，Gartner预计，到2024年全球云计算PaaS市场规模将翻倍增长。
