对于shell中出现特殊字符
在xshell中设置
选择utf-8，然后重新打开shell，就可以恢复过来了
对于python中出现特殊字符
但是linux中python命令行打开时，即使设置了上面的编码格式，依旧会出现按↑↓←→以及退格键还会出现^[[A ^[[B ^[[C ^[[D
安装yum -y install readline-devel，然后在重新编译python
./configure
make
make install
ln -s /home/Python-3.4.1/python /usr/bin/python
然后再执行python时，就不会出现乱码的情况了。
