律动 BlockBeats 消息，区块链数据查询与索引 API 平台 Covalent 将于北京时间 4 月 29 日 8 时于 Coinlist 平台启动公开发行。
Covalent 公开发行有三种方案供投资者选择：
方案一于北京时间 4 月 29 日 8 时启动，单价 0.35 美金，没有锁仓，个人额度上限为 1000 美金，该方案总额度为 1000 万枚 CQT，占总量 1%。
方案二于北京时间 4 月 30 日 1 时启动，单价 0.3 美金，12 个月线性解锁，个人额度上限为 2000 美金，该方案总额度为 1000 万枚 CQT，占总量 1%。
方案三于北京时间 4 月 30 日 8 时启动，单价 0.25 美金，24 个月线性解锁，个人额度上限为 3000 美金，该方案总额度为 700 万枚 CQT，占总量 0.7%。
CQT 代币分配为：种子轮占 10%，1 亿枚 CQT；第一轮私募占 20%，2 亿枚 CQT；第二轮私募占 3%，3 千万枚 CQT；公募占 3%，3 千万枚 CQT；团队份额占 14%，1.4 亿枚 CQT；顾问份额占 2%，2 千万枚 CQT；预留份额占 20%，2 亿枚 CQT；质押奖励占 8%，8 千万枚 CAT；生态系统占 20%，2 亿枚 CQT。
律动此前报道，Covalent 于 3 月下旬完成 200 万美金战略融资，Hashed Ventures 领投，Binance Labs、Coinbase Ventures、Delphi Ventures、Hypersphere Ventures 及 Spark Digital Capital 参投。目前 Covalent 已经拥有超过 100 名客户，其中包括 DeFi 和 NFT 垂直市场的项目方，如 0x、Zerion、Balancer、Reef、NFTX 和 ChainGuardians 等项目。
