结构性上涨 ?
最近常看到官方的报导说今年的物价上涨属于结构性上涨，但一直没太明白这个结构性上涨是什么意思，上网看了一下，没找到什么特别权威的资料，大致有两种说法。
一说是由于某种原因造成暂时性的供应短缺，导致价格上涨。就猪肉价格而言，是因为某些地方的疫情。另一说是因为各行业的投资回报率不同，导致资金从某一行业撤出，从而导致这一行业产出下降，价格上升。就猪肉价格而言，是因为农民觉得养猪不赚钱就不养了。
两种说法其实差不多，指市场调控的短期滞后效应。等产量恢复，价格也会恢复，至少增速会降下来。
今年还有一个月，照现在看来最后官方统计的全年 CPI 上涨幅度应该在 4%到 6%之间，你认为呢？
