银行间和交易所债券编码和名称定义规则
基于@FixedIncomeAnalyst 的成果，我制作了一份完整的中国银行间和交易所债券编码和名称定义规则，并为每条规则找了个例子。如有错误请指出。
几点说明：
- 编码定义方法里的「序号」一般指该发行人在该年发行的期数；「总序号」一般指该类债券(不限于该发行人)在该年或历史累计的发行顺序号。
- 续发的债券直接在原代码后添加"x"，比如 12 国债 10(续发)(019210x.SH)。有时候连续续发两次，就添加两"x"，比如 12 附息国债 10(续发)(120010xx.IB)。
- 债券发行但未上市期间，会有以"q"开头的临时编号，如 12 宜城投债(q12123105.SH)。
- 某些债券简称后默认没有序号，如果该债券在该年发行了多期，在其简称后会添加序号，比如 03 电网债(2)(038020.IB)。
- 某些债券简称里虽然按照规则有「债」字，如果空间不够，会省略它。多见于交易所上市债券，因为交易所债券的简称最多不超过 8 个字节(汉字占两字节)。比如 11 华锐 01(122115.SH)。
