New Offering: SAP Service Cloud Stay Current Certification
On behalf of the SAP Customer Experience Enablement Content team, I am pleased to announce the official release of the new SAP Service Cloud Stay Current Certification
Target Audience
- End Users
- Functional Consultants
Certification Description
This certification is based on the release features of the 2102 version of SAP Service Cloud. It is a set of 14 multiple choice questions, which consultants can take to test their understanding of the 2102 release features. It is a voluntary certification. Currently in a Beta release, this Stay Current certification leads to a digital badge provided by the SAP Learning team.
