俄罗斯延长对 Twitter 的限制
俄罗斯周一宣布对 Twitter 的访问限制将延长到 5 月 15 日。上个月，因 Twitter 未能及时回应监管机构 Roskomnadzor 提出的内容删除请求，俄罗斯宣布从 3 月 10 日起限速，威胁完全屏蔽 Twitter。Roskomnadzor 在周一的声明中称当局在 4 月 1 日与 Twitter 举行了会谈，同意给予更多时间，它认识到要更快的删除内容。Twitter 证实它与俄罗斯举行会谈，表示进行了富有成效的讨论。Roskomnadzor 称平均来说 Twitter 在收到非法内容删除请求之后 81 小时才删除内容，比法律要求的 24 小时内删除要长得多。
