请求大神，在 2018 年的提出来的针对，阻击专业芯片机的方案，请问这个方案实施的可能性多少，还多如果真的实施，对现有的芯片机，是有多少影响？谢谢！

这只是一个草案，没看到又打算实施的迹象（切换到 POS 都提上日程了），不对对矿工有影响。
