上过大学的朋友都知道，学校里面很多情况下去需要使用matlab软件。但是matlab是收费软件，同时matlab软件安装文件很大，动不动有几个G。因此，我们想一下有没有类matlab的软件可供使用。octave就是不错的一个选择。

验证算法，特别是论文算法以及绘图
4、octave的不足
和matlab相比较，toolbox少很多，但是对于学习和使用来说，足够了
5、怎么学octave
直接实战，基本上你会if-else/switch/for/while/function这些基本操作，就学会octave了
ps：大部分公开的论文都是用matlab进行测试和仿真的，建议大家学好matlab。
