马上30岁了，毕业之后一直在西安工作。有去北京发展的想法。
如题，本人陕西人，已婚，有一小孩（1岁半），在西安上的大学，毕业之后一直在西安工作。
西安薪资水平普遍偏低（当然工作节奏也比较慢），勉强度日。
我现在比较纠结，不知道北京那边什么到底怎么样？
java技术域，当前职位项目经理。
希望在北京的各位大佬能给小弟一些建议。
