To the Wave community -

Thank you for all your support of Wave over the last few years. Whether you were part of the original alpha tests of TheWaveVR, or discovered us more recently through shows like Lindsey Stirling or The Weeknd, you’ve played a major role in our company’s growth.

As we’ve grown, our priorities have shifted to helping artists connect with global audiences. With this evolution, Wave has de-prioritized our VR app, and focused on delivering non-VR interactive concerts so that more fans can experience our virtual events on popular gaming and streaming platforms like Twitch, Roblox, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok. Today, we’re announcing the difficult decision to shut down TheWaveVR application permanently, effective at the end of March.

There have been many changes to our company since we launched, and we’re incredibly humbled that you’ve stayed with us. We’re proud to have an incredible slate of shows with amazing artists coming soon, and we’ll be very excited for you to continue to join us.
