新京报贝壳财经讯（记者 张姝欣）中国证监会副主席阎庆民在第二十五届中国资本市场论坛上介绍了简政放权的进展，2020年，全市场并购重组经过证监会审核的仅占2.79%，平均审核用时37天，远远低于法定的90天标准。科创板、创业板发行股份购买制度已经全面实行注册制，在证监会注册时间不超过5个工作日，资本市场成为并购重组的主渠道，盘活存量的主战场。
