小红书因广告违法被行政处罚2万元，此前曾数次广告违法

据天眼查APP显示，1月4日，小红书关联公司行吟信息科技（上海）有限公司新增一条行政处罚，行政处罚内容为罚款2万元，责令停止发布。决定机关为上海市嘉定区市场监督管理局。详情显示，被处罚原因为：违反本法第十七条规定，在广告中涉及疾病治疗功能，以及使用医疗用语或者易使推销的商品与药品、医疗器械相混淆的用语。自2016年10月至今，该公司共有20条行政处罚信息，其中多条涉及广告违法。
天眼查App显示，行吟信息科技（上海）有限公司成立时间为2013年8月，注册资本100万人民币，法定代表人为曾秀莲。经营范围包括从事网络技术领域内的技术服务；设计、制作、代理各类广告，利用自有媒体发布广告，商务咨询，旅游咨询等。
