万达旗下电商平台新飞凡近日注销 王思聪曾任公司董事
新浪科技讯 1月7日下午消息，天眼查App显示，近日，万达旗下电商平台上海新飞凡电子商务有限公司进行了清算，清算组负责人为朱战备，清算组成员为李火春、周士雄。此外，1月4日，该公司经营状态变更为“注销”，注销原因为决议解散。
天眼查App显示，上海新飞凡电子商务有限公司成立于2015年3月，4.4亿人民币，法定代表人同为朱战备，公司经营范围包括电子商务，电子商务平台的技术研发等。由上海万达网络金融服务有限公司全资控股。天眼查App显示，去年1月，该公司发生工商变更，王思聪退出其董事一职。
据界面新闻报道，被王健林寄予厚望，希望能跟马云、王兴扳扳手腕的新飞凡，其实早已名存实亡。2018年，新飞凡以一轮大裁员宣告五年探索的终结。随后丙晟科技成立，新飞凡又将旗下核心技术和大部分员工并入其中后，已成为一个没有实体的空壳。
