1月5日，深圳市政府印发《深圳市人民政府关于加快智慧城市和数字政府建设的若干意见》。 《意见》中包括建议加快区块链技术基础设施建设。建设统一的区块链底层设施环境，打造具备高性能、高安全隐私、高可扩展性以及可编程能力的政务联盟链平台，提供存储、加密、时间戳、共识机制、跨链等区块链服务。支持相关企业利用区块链技术优化业务流程，提升协同效率。 积极推广5G、人工智能、区块链等新一代信息技术在民生服务领域应用，着力提高服务品质，更好满足多层次多样化服务需求，推动远程医疗、智慧交通、智慧教育、智慧养老、数字文化等重点领域服务新模式快速发展。
