深圳市今年第三批新开工项目启动，总投资约5100.1亿元
据深圳卫视消息，12月25日，深圳市2020年第三批新开工项目集中启动。纳入本次集中启动的项目共366个，总投资约5100.1亿元，2020年度计划投资约636.6亿元。项目领域主要包括重点项目、新基建项目、产业(含工业)项目、商品房项目、城市更新旧改项目、国企项目、招商大会项目等。
此前，今年深圳已有两批项目集中启动，新开工项目318个，总投资约3194.1亿元，年度计划投资约646.4亿元。
