美国财政部金融犯罪执法网络（FinCEN）就新非托管加密钱包交易报告规则征集意见的时间将截止到北京时间1月5日12:59。据此前消息， FinCEN正就新的非托管加密钱包交易报告规则征集意见。如果被采纳，该规则将要求受监管公司对大于3000美元的交易的非托管钱包用户姓名和地址进行验证。此外，交易所还需要提交和存储涉及加密货币交易的记录。（TheBlock）
