针对加密投资机构 Cinneamhain Ventures 合伙人 Adam Cochran 猜测波场可能正在被美国监管机构调查一事，波场创始人孙宇晨在社群内回应：波场没有风险，因为波场是基于新加坡的基金会，我们不在美国本土境内，波场 IC0 时也没有将任何 TRX 出售给任何美国人，波场经过国际知名律所评估为非证券，并出具相应法律意见书。此外，他还表示波场登陆美国境内交易平台是经过国际大所评估，出具法律意见之后，才登陆美国合规法律的交易平台，同时并未将 TRX 直接或间接出售给任何美国公民。
