针对CryptoQuant首席执行官「若SEC下一个目标是Tether，将对本轮牛市非常不利」推文，Compound总法律顾问Jake Chervinsky表示：「很难想象Tether会出现在SEC的优先目标名单上。稳定币几乎是最难归类为证券的东西，美国纽约总检察长办公室（NYAG）已在对Tether进行《马丁法案》(Martin Act)的调查，所以美国证券交易委员会(SEC)没有必要在这方面花费资源。」
