12月28日，“金融2021：新变局、新趋势和新视野”报告会在哈尔滨工业大学（深圳）举行。国际货币基金组织原副总裁、清华大学国家金融研究院院长朱民表示，数字人民币在深圳的试点是成功的。“数字货币有很大的便利，是未来全球金融竞争的制高点。我们应该尽早确定我国法定数字货币的总体框架和定位，加快落地运营，保持我国的领先优势。”（投资者网）
