武汉已启动新冠疫苗紧急接种工作。12月28日下午，武汉市人民政府新闻办公室举行“浴火重生英雄城感恩奋进新征程——党的十九届五中全会精神在武汉”系列新闻发布会第七场，主题聚焦 “坚定不移统筹好发展和安全两件大事”。会上，武汉市疾控中心副主任何振宇介绍，武汉正在对重点人群进行新冠疫苗的紧急接种工作。
何振宇介绍，武汉已于12月24日启动新冠疫苗的紧急接种工作。在全市15个区、48家指定的预防接种门诊，对部分重点人群陆续开始进行新冠疫苗紧急接种。
本次紧急使用的新冠病毒灭活疫苗全程共需接种2针，每针间隔时间为4周。此次紧急接种对象的年龄范围是18-59岁。
