在美封禁TikTok被阻 美司法部再次上诉

北京时间12月29日消息，美国政府周一就一名联邦法官发布的禁制令提起上诉，该命令阻止了美国商务部对TikTok施加限制。这些限制实际上会导致TikTok在美国被禁用。12月7日，美国华盛顿地方法官卡尔·尼科尔斯(Carl Nichols)发布临时禁制令，阻止美国商务部对TikTok施加的限制在11月12日生效。
美国商务部禁止美国企业向TikTok在美业务提供数据储存、内容输送和其它技术交易。
美国司法部表示，正在哥伦比亚特区上诉法院对尼科尔斯的禁制令提起上诉。另外一家美国上诉法院将在明年2月受理美国政府对今年10月份一项裁决的上诉。宾夕法尼亚州地方法官温迪·布里斯通(Wendy Beetlestone)同样阻止了美国商务部对TikTok施加在11月12日生效的限制。
听取了情况介绍的官员称，在特朗普离任前，美国政府越来越不大可能决定TikTok的美国业务命运，在明年1月达成协议的机会也不大。
