今天，企鹅智库发布《智能手机消费趋势&用户忠诚度和流失度报告》。从换机周期看，32.7%的智能手机用户在两年内完成手机更换，72.7%在三年内换机。到第四年，90.1%网民完成了至少一次的换机操作。在智能手机的预算上，网民购机预算的平均值约是3182元。整体而言，各品牌中端机型成为网民换机的首选，占比接近50%。高端/旗舰机型占比37.4%左右，入门机型仅为13.3%。
