An fully expanded (ie, "verbose" and potentially "boring" 20 minutes) practice recording of a lightning talk I gave for the Extensible Web Summit at jsfest in Oakland in Dec 2014 before it was cut down. It talks about how we got here and clues along the way to where (I think) we should be going (toward a living system), why that's important and how to get there. The real talk was cut down to about 6 minutes, but wasn't recorded.

I'll try to re-create the 6 minute version maybe, but for now, this is what I have :)
