12月18日，银保监会官网信息显示，北京银保监局对中国人民财产保险股份有限公司（以下简称“人保财险”）北京市分公司开出一张合计30万元的罚单。
其中，人保财险因对投保人隐瞒与保险合同有关的重要情况；商业车险退保业务内控管理不严格两项违法违规行为，被北京银保监局罚款21万元，同时被责令改正违法行为。
另外，崔晓博、陈向云被北京银保监局给予警告处分，并分别处罚款5万元、4万元。
