调查报告：门户软件应该包括的功能

这本书是2004年1月1日出版的，信息可能稍老了点，不过还是有参考价值的，书里面对信息管理的很多概念阐述得非常清楚。
从目前来看，“即时消息”的需求程度会比图中高很多
