在window环境下安装

  • cmd
  • Node.js 10.4+

首先是安装 node ，在网络上有很多这样的教程，如果你还有额外的对于node版本的控制需求，可以使用 nvm 对 node 版本进行下载和选用。
在其中可能需要用到一些其他的软件：比如 Git

step1：全局或局部安装 jbrowse :1、全局： npm install -g @jbrowse/cli 2、局部： npx @jbrowse/cli
step2：使用 jbrowse create 下载JBrowse 2:jbrowse create jbrowse2 , 还可以直接在 GitHub 下载相应的压缩包然后解压。

这个软件类似于一个网页，只不过需要使用者自己开启本地服务才能使用，因此只需要安装了node的机器，在安装了jbrowse的文件夹下输入 npx serve .。
