Reskilling employees:
A success story

InsurTech giant transforms non-technical talent into first-rate engineers

Background:

An insurance industry leader needed help to design and deliver a full-service Learn-to-Code Academy for non-tech employees, after an unsuccessful attempt with the largest boot camp provider.

Process:

DevelopIntelligence worked closely with the client’s team on an initial pilot to select 15 out of 50 applicants from the US for a 12-week Academy. This successful pilot evolved into a full-blown program.

Results:

This program for reskilling employees resulted in a 100% graduation rate of new full stack, mostly front-end developers. The majority received promotions within six months of the program.
