Linux Kernel 5.11将初步支持SD Express规范

今年年初，SD 协会公布了新的 SD Express 8.0 规范。SD 8.0 基于使用 NVMe 技术的 PCIe 4.0 标准构建，将“为存储卡树立新标准”，理论数据传输速度可达 4GB/s。而计划在 2021 年年初发布的 Linux 5.11 内核将初步支持 7.10 规范以及更高版本的核心支持。
在今年 5 月发布 SD Express 8.0 规范以来，有关于该规范的新闻就比较少。除了核心基础结构支持外，Linux 5.11 还为 Realtek RTS5261 适配器提供了支持 SD Express 的 rtsx_pci 驱动。RTS5261 与去年宣布，是首批基于 SD 7.0 规范的 SD Express 读卡器。
