Microsoft Edge enterprise sync services are now available for Microsoft 365 Business Premium
Microsoft Edge enterprise sync services are now available for Microsoft 365 Business Premium (formerly Microsoft 365 Business) subscribers.
If you were already a Business Premium subscriber before April 30, 2020, you may need to sign out of Microsoft Edge and sign back in again to get sync working. To sign out of Microsoft Edge, make sure you have your profile with your Business Premium account active, then select the Sign Out button in your profile settings. Then, sign back in with the Sign In button. Within a minute or two, sync should be working as expected.
If you are a new Business Premium subscriber since May, then sync should already be working for you with no further changes needed. If you have any trouble getting sync to work in Microsoft Edge, we have additional instructions available here.
We’d like to hear from you if you’re a Business Premium subscriber and now syncing with Edge! You can reach us at @MSEdgeDev on Twitter, or on the Microsoft Edge Insider forums on TechCommunity.
