据CryptoNews消息，俄罗斯央行正准备启动数字货币试点，对此俄罗斯加密货币和区块链协会（RACIB）副主席Vladislav Martynov表示，俄罗斯央行的数字卢布框架应将最大限度的功能交给现有的参与者，即商业银行。Martynov建议，应该由商业银行而不是央行自己来负责维护和托管公民的数字卢布钱包。
