DoNews 12月16日消息（记者 刘文轩）Google 旗下服务在 12 月 14 日发生大规模故障后，唯独 Gmail 连续三天出现故障。
Gmail 最近的一次出现在太平洋标准时间 12 月 15 日 13:29（北京时间 12 月 16 日 05:29），用户可以使用 Gmail，但会收到错误信息，出现高延迟或其他无法预测的问题，直到北京时间 07:51 才恢复正常。
Google 的自动化配额管理系统降低了 Google 身份管理系统的容量，使 Google 服务在 12 月 14 日大规模的故障，故障持续约 1 小时左右，所有需要登陆账号的服务都受到影响，波及全球市场。
在其他服务陆续恢复正常后，只有 Gmail 在 12 月 15、16 日出现问题，虽然用户已经可以正常访问 Gmail 网站，但会出现延迟或是错误信息。
虽然状况没有 12 月 14 日那么严重，但也影响到用户体验，尤其对于那些把 Gmail 作为企业邮箱的公司和团体来说，这样的故障很容易影响到工作效率。有的邮箱服务也向用户发送邮件，告知用户 Gmail 发生故障，你传递给 Gmail 用户的邮件可能无法被及时查看。
ProtonMail 在发给用户的邮件中称，“它影响到所有试图向 Gmail 发送电子邮件的邮件提供商”，ProtonMail 还提醒用户，它不会自动重发这些邮件，并且正在密切关注这一情况，建议用户在 Google 修复问题后再尝试向 Gmail 用户发送邮件。
