This image has credentials to ssh to "harpy", the Windows VM that runs the Wix packaging steps that immediately follow the make compilation with mingw
Tags are simply "untested" and "latest" because the user of this image should not care too much about what version of CentOS is running, and other packages should simply be "whatever is necessary for mingw to work"
