“由于受美国制裁，华为麒麟高端芯片在9月15日之后无法制造，搭载在Mate40上的麒麟9000芯片，将成为绝版“日前，华为消费者业务CEO余承东的公开表态，让华为再一次成为舆论的焦点。华为旗下的海思半导体属于Fabless（无工厂）模式，只负责设计芯片，而芯片制造需要交到晶圆代工厂。余承东表示，“很遗憾在半导体制造方面，华为只是做了芯片的设计，没搞芯片的制造。”
