湖南省广播电视局官网咨询投诉一栏显示，5月22日，有粟姓网友反映湖南卫视金鹰卡通频道18时左右播放的一款动画片《菲梦少女2》“价值导向有问题”，不应该提倡把头发染成五颜六色，穿得花里胡哨的还在舞台上表演换装。
