北京时间20日消息，据外媒援引公开记录报道，特斯拉公司首席执行官埃隆·马斯克以2900万美元的价格出售了他在洛杉矶Bel-Air地区的一处房产。报道称，买家是与网易CEO丁磊有关联的公司。
在美国，很多富人注册公司或成立信托，然后以公司或者信托名义买 房产，信息上显示就是公司或信托持有，其实就是属于该富人。不用自己的名字买豪宅可以避税。
2012年，马斯克以1700万美元的价格从对冲基金Canyon Capital Advisors的联合创始人米切尔-朱利斯（Mitchell Julis）手中买下了这栋房子。
资料显示，此次售价比马斯克2012年购买该房产时1700万美元的价格高出40%。尽管洛杉矶的房产市场不稳定，但这只比马斯克5月份的挂牌价低了100万美元。
