过去，中国境内的每一张银行卡，只要涉及到人民币消费，就绕不开中国银联，卡上也少不了一个中国银联的标识。但，事情已经起变化。具体来说：2020年下半年，境内用户将能够申请一种新的人民币银行卡。它与中国银联无关，由美国运通负责清算，卡面上有美国运通（AmericanExpress）的标识——这种新的银行卡，就是美国运通单标人民币卡。
