生活 - @toma77 - 租的房子，左邻右舍有点吵，晚上睡觉对声音特别敏感，稍微有点声音就睡不着，之前试过各种耳塞，戴上都不舒服，感觉很涨，也吃过褪黑素，效果还行，就是怕长期有依赖，求各位推荐一下好的隔音降噪方案
