传腾讯互娱接管阅文集团 吴文辉暂未回应

4月27日下午，有消息称阅文集团内部发生人事变动，包括吴文辉在内的核心团队将离职，其中还包括一批中高层人员。腾讯互娱团队将接手进行管理。知情人士向21世纪经济报道记者透露，这一消息基本属实。“据说要在内部推动免费阅读，但是意见并没有达成统一。”
对此，21世纪经济报道记者致电阅文集团联席CEO吴文辉，但是他拒绝接听。而阅文集团内部其他相关人士也并没有对此给予回复。
阅文集团公布的 2019年财报显示，阅文集团 2019 年实现总收入83. 5 亿元，同比增长65.7%;毛利润为36. 9 亿元，同比增长44.3%;净利润为11. 1 亿元，同比增长21.9%。根据报告， 2019 年阅文集团在线业务收入37. 1 亿元，来自版权运营及其他的收入同比增长283.1%，至46. 4 亿元;其中，版权运营业务收入达44. 2 亿元，同比激增341.0%。（陶力）
