疫情期间，很多人都开始依靠Zoom等平台和好友、家人、同事、领导保持联系。为了让视频会议变得更加有趣，目前在Zoom上开始出现了一种新的趋势；在视频通话中添加农场动物。
由北卡罗来纳州Peace N Peas农场经营的网站设计工作室Peace N Peas Web Solutions，正以这种方式增加会议的有趣程度。用户能以50美元10分钟的价格租赁一头明星驴子Mambo加入你的视频会议中，此外你还可以租用Eddie（白马）、鸭子和鸡等农场动物。
在接受CNET采访的时候，Peace N Peas农场的Francie Dunlap表示：“到目前为止，每个人都很享受这些电话，因为人们只是惊讶于看到一匹有趣的马或驴子，他们期待着参加又一个无聊的会议。”
Dunlap表示这个想法是从硅谷Sweet Farm获得的灵感。Sweet Farm上有个名为Goat 2 Meeting的活动，你可以支付100美元，让骆驼、山羊或其他农场动物在你的下一次会议上做客串。Dunlap说，Peace N Peas期待着把Mambo等人带进课堂。
