援引英国BBC报道，上周至少有3处5G信号塔被点燃，警方和消防部门紧急出动虽然快速扑灭了火灾，但依然给通信运营商造成了严重的经济损失。而更糟糕的是“5G基站可能会让你感染新冠病毒”这样的阴谋言论还得到了不少英国民众的支持，未来可能还会有更多针对5G信号塔的攻击行为。
