神舟电脑披露了起诉京东背后双方的纠葛。2月20日，神舟电脑公开指责京东拖欠神舟超3亿货款，并已于2月18日在北京市第二中级人民法院向京东提起诉讼，诉讼标的额为人民币3.383亿元。当天，京东方面做出回应称，因神舟违反双方签署的产品购销协议条款，导致其未结算货款被暂缓支付。
