苹果发内部信：延长疫情期间Apple设备保修期

2月10日消息 根据IT之家网友反馈，Apple 已经向国内授权服务商发送内部信，延长疫情期间Apple设备保修期。如果受影响客户的设备保修在2020年1月1日之后过期，那么请为客户提供一次性保修例外。
下面是Apple向国内授权服务商发布的内部信内容：
出于公共卫生与健康预防的考虑，也因为近期维修服务选项较为有限，一些客户在需要将设备送修时可能遭遇了延迟的情况。对于受近期暂时闭店情况影响的客户，请就造成的不便向客户致歉，并协助客户解决问题。
如果受影响客户的设备保修在2020年1月1日之后过期，那么请为客户提供一次性保修例外。意外损坏不纳入此次维修服务例外的保障范围中。
一次性保修例外面向中国大陆、香港、台湾和澳门地区的客户提供，有效期至2020年3月31日，保障范围与原有产品保修一致。
