IBM CEO罗睿兰将卸任 云计算高管Krishna接任

新浪科技讯 北京时间1月31日凌晨消息， IBM 股价周四盘后上涨5%，此前该公司称Arvind Krishna将接任罗睿兰（Ginni Rometty）担任首席执行官。声明表示，这项变更将于4月6日生效。
Krishna是IBM的高管之一，于1990年加入该公司。他目前是IBM云计算和认知软件业务的高级副总裁。
红帽 （Red Hat）公司前首席执行官Jim Whitehurst即将担任IBM总裁。 IBM于去年7月份完成了对红帽340亿美元的收购。
现年62岁的罗睿兰于2012年成为IBM总裁兼首席执行官。IBM表示，她将在今年年底之前继续担任该公司的执行董事长，届时她将在公司工作近40年后退休。
罗睿兰在一份新闻稿中将Krishna描述为“出色的技术专家，在开发我们的关键技术（例如人工智能、云、量子计算和区块链）方面发挥了重要作用”，同时还是“卓越的运营领导者”。
